I am a Karate Instructor and CanFit certified Personal Trainer at Hourahine's Martial Arts and Grand River Fitness. I have been training karate for over ten years and have been personal training for over one year.
While I have been personal training I have come to think of a goal I wish to help people achieve and that's to attain a FIT Future. These are futures that are Functional, Independent, and Tangible for anyone.

Hi Kames thanks very much for commenting, nice to know that someone is seeing our posts. The Tournament was awesome. We were up against some of the best players in the country. A small club like ours stands little chance of Medalling in Kendo but the whole team stood tall and really made the opposition work for their points .... Cheers
