Grand River Fitness is pleased to offer it's Learn to Run and Fitness 5km Club! Beginner and fitness runner's are welcome to join this inclusive and supportive group of enthusiastic pavement pounders.
Each one-hour workout includes a group warm-up, running instruction, paced interval training, cool down, and group stretch. All are welcome....NO RUNNERS LEFT BEHIND!
Wednesday Evening's at 6:00pm and Saturday Morning's at 10:00am. Meet at Grand River Fitness, 20 Dickson Street, Galt.
