About:
Cambridge Adult Team Sports organizes co-ed adult recreational sports leagues in Cambridge, ON including ultimate frisbee, flag football, dodgeball, basketball and volleyball. The league was started to promote and support healthy living among busy adults. We live in a fast-paced world where too often it is difficult to find the time to stop, exercise and have some fun. All sport activities are organized for the purpose of having fun, being social and fitting some exercise into our busy schedules.
Ultimate (formerly called Ultimate Frisbee) is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands the world over. It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, American Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game.
