The YMCA of Cambridge is a non profit charitable organization that strengthens our community by providing opportunities for personal growth and active involvement for all children, adults and families. Since 2006 the YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo have been working together to better serve our community.
The YMCA offers a wide variety of activities and services to our members. To name a few: Individual fitness, group fitness, swimming, martial arts, sports & courts programs like squash and racquetball, indoor track, day camp and a variety of drop in and registered programs for all age groups.
