At Breathe Into Motion, we believe that yoga should be inclusive. To facilitate the needs of every individual, we have different levels representing a progression of intensity, starting with level 1. This allows those with injuries to recover over time in a step-by-step instructional process.
As you progress from one level to the next, you are increasingly challenged with more difficult yoga postures, further improving your core strength, flexibility and balance.
With a full compliment of levels, those looking for an intense yoga workout or yoga for athletes will find a safe and well designed yoga practice meeting the needs of fitness fanatics and athletes alike!!
