     Great article and so real! I try to build extra workouts in my schedule and eat a little less then calculated on a regular basis to make up for a dropped workout or a little over indulgence when it happens. So as an example, if I need to work out 5 times a week and maintain 1800 calories, to meet my target, I will plan to work out 7 days a week and consume 1600 calories.
