Fitness classes are great, but they are built to accommodate everybody. While working with a Personal Trainer, you will find that your trainer can build you a program to your specifications. For example, if you wish to only target your abs, thighs and hips, they can choose all the exercises needed to firm up those area's.

Are you motivated enough to workout on your own? Sometimes it takes someone else to help you get to the gym. I've heard from my clients in the past that they can't bare the thought of disappointing me as their trainer. We as trainers are here to help you become a better, fitter you.

You'd be quite surprised how much there is to know about the gym. That doesn't mean it should scare you away, but a trainer can give you the knowledge so you'll feel more comfortable using the equipment offered at your gym. They can also show you how to exercise properly to avoid injury and to see results faster.
